How It Works?

Ticket purchase with a selfie

Purchase tickets as usual. After selecting the ticket, the system allows you to link the ticket to your face for faster and more convenient event check-in. Participation is voluntary and requires your consent for processing biometric data.

Face recognition at the event​

Approach the tablet and smile to validate your ticket at the entrance. If your ticket is valid, our system marks it as used and sends all necessary information to the printer.

Self-service name tag printing​

Pass by the tablet, take your name tag from the printer with your full name, company, and position. Stick it on the badge next to the printer, finalize your event check-in and enjoy the event.

We provide detailed documentation to embed our iFrame into your platform. This integration allows buyers to link their ticket with their facial biometrics directly during the purchase process. For added flexibility, we also give event organizers the option to include this feature on the Thank You page after purchase or in the confirmation email.

 

Yes, our solution currently supports 8 languages – English, Spanish, French, Dutch, German, Brazilian Portuguese, Czech, and Slovak. New languages can be added on a short notice. The face onboarding application as well as the ticket scanning application will automatically appear in the pre-determined language.

We tailor the background design to your color codes, either preparing it in advance or allowing you to set the values based on our technical documentation.

With biometric event check-in, visitors no longer need to search for printed tickets or scroll through old emails to find their PDF confirmation. It also eliminates common QR code scanning issues, such as low screen brightness, incorrect positioning, or screen rotation. This seamless process speeds up entry and reduces delays at the gate. 

 

The ticket purchase confirmation includes an option to register at any time, even right before the event. Visitors can open their email, click the button, take a selfie, and get their event check-in ready in under 50 seconds.

Biometric check-in is optional. For those who prefer not to use biometrics, our system also supports QR code scanning within the same app, allowing visitors to choose their preferred check-in method for a seamless experience.
